Rally Office and Service Area were at Hatta Fort Hotel, one of the few big hotels in the UAE at that time. We were busy bees throughout the night and after a small break back direction Dubai via Jebel Ali, in those times there was no highway, just a normal road, so we passed Jebel Ali Village, Cement Factory, Chicago Beach Village and Hotel (now Jumeirah Beach Hotel) and then from the Trade Centre to the Hyatt Regency. Bare in mind that between those buildings was nothing, just desert and the old Trade Centre was the tallest building in the UAE.
