Love your videos Sadie. I do them about once a week, because I spend most of my time doing martial arts. The other workouts I do are pretty intense, so this is more so to keep my body healthy and relieve stiffness.
However, I have struggled to lose weight since becoming a mom. I am 5'7" and I weigh just over 156. I seem to be stuck here. I've been trying to determine if I perhaps need to go back to a vegetarian diet (or at least a more similar diet as to what I had back when I was a vegetarian), or maybe if I did these exercises more frequently, that may help me lose weight?
How often would you recommend I do this?
And do you have any suggestions for my diet?
It definitely has not been as easy as it was back before I had a kid. -
I wish I had run into the “fizy unique plan” years ago while i was dieting for my wedding. I would`ve dropped 12 pounds years ago. You ought to check it out on google!

I've come back to this routine every month or so, and have been doing this for around two years since I first started watching Sadie's videos. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it. I absolutely love this, despite the uncomfortable parts. It feels good to be stronger and fresher after this routine. Thanks Sadie!!

I started this particular sequence about 4 years ago and haven't done it for about a year and half (been following this particular video everyday for over a month now). IT has CHANGED my life beyond words. I kept pushing myself though to do atleast 3 sessions and I feel so much stronger. The only downside is that I've noticed my wrists are pretty sore towards the middle of the third session. If anyone has any suggestions on how to resolve that I would be grateful. Sadie I love you, you're the reason I ever got into yoga, you're so inspiring! Namaste

Love this Weight Loss GreenStoreTea. I'm a tea drinker, and it tasted great. Also help curb my appetite. It does make you go to the bathroom once or twice a day. Which i don't mind since i struggle to go the bathroom and sometimes feel constipated. With this product, I don't have any trouble using the bathroom and it's not like i have to go right away.
