Check out this amazing 1,500 square feet concrete home printed with a 3D printer! The home will be used as a party villa at the Lewis Grand Hotel in Angeles City, Philippines and was designed by Andrey Rudenko. Print time was 100 hours with periodic interruptions to accommodate necessary plumbing and electrical work. The structure is hurricane and tornado resistant. the funny thing is this is still new
they are still just figuring out how to use one material. but the is quick drying insulation foam that can be sprayed. and if it can be sprayed it can be automated. you jobs are going to be maintaining robots ladies and gents. time to go back to school -

Fill with foam concrete and basalt chopped fibers and have some cores for high strength concrete and rebars

I would add another head and lay a strip of basalt roving down between each layer and a side scraper that smooths the layers like you would pottery.

Nice, They've been working on this for a few years.. Above All, it's gotta end up Cheaper than other methods or it will remain a novelty. I do believe NASA is planing to use this method on Mars to build Structures for explorers.
