UAE developers, Seven Tides on Wednesday, launched the luxury resort and residences known as Dukes Oceana. Seven Tides are also globally known for managing the award-winning flagship hotel, Dukes London, which is situated in the fashionable Mayfair district and has been a hospitality icon in the capital for well over a century. Abdulla bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides said that the company is also guaranteeing a return on investment (ROI) of 10 per cent per annum for the first five years which is an attractive incentive for regional and international investors looking for portfolio opportunities. He disclosed to the press that investors will also be able to enjoy complete peace of mind knowing that their investment is being managed by the Dukes operations team around-the-clock, and that it is in professional hands from day one. Sulayem said that he wants property owners to experience the English lifestyle right here in the UAE. Established in 2004, Seven Tides has developed a portfolio of commercial, residential and resort properties. In its current hotel portfolio, the company owns Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa, Mövenpick Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel Dubai and it owns and operates Dukes London, as well as Dukes Oceana Dubai. The residences will be launched on April 14 for investors and other guests, with the show apartments open for viewing. Dukes Oceana will feature an upscale 273-room hotel part of the Dukes Collection and residences scheduled for handover in the first quarter of 2016. There will be 185 studios and 42 one-bedroom units, and with prices ranging from Dhs760,000 to Dhs2.5 million. The company’s other activities include Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort and Spa, Anantara Residences Dubai The Palm, and Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel. It will be a unique experience with the existence of Great British Restaurant (GBR) that will be serving modern British brasserie-style cuisine, a traditional fish and chips cafe located on the promenade overlooking the Dubai Marina and JBR.
