Don't blame Dubai. Its the resort thats spending the money & putting on the show. Built by Kerzner born in Johannesberg youngest child of Jewish Russian Immigrants has been in the hotel resort industry for over 45 years and State owned Istithmar World who seam not to manage money to well. I bet Kerzner isn't parting with much money for the people of Dubai.

I dont pay for internet. I use the free internet that is around the house i stay in. I didn't buy the house ,the computer , a car or anything really except food for me and my family and when i can i give out sleeping bags, tents, food, and clothes to homeless people who have nothing.
