Stay in the Philippines! - http://badladz.com/ In every country they have their own rules when regarding tourists or foreigners. Each have their own rules or protocols when someone is getting a visa. Visas are necessary if you want to stay in a country or want to go traveling in a country. In the Philippines, the rules for handing out visas are more relaxed compared to other countries. They don’t need to check whether you have cash with you to go and travel in the Philippines; they’re actually inviting you to go traveling and explore the country because it’s good for business (and taxes). Here in the Philippines, you don’t need to go through a lot of hassle at the immigration office. The immigration office is accommodating to foreigners who want to travel in the Philippines. Getting a visa or extending a visa here is quite lax, as if they want you to spend more time here and experience living in the Philippines as much a you can. The Philippines is very tourist friendly. they want you to come here. they want you to have a good time. they want to make it easy for youy. Im at the main Bureau of Immigration Philippines. This is in Manila, in an area called Intramuros which is the original walled Spanish city. Now with Philippines Immigration, all you have to do is get on the plane and come here. When you come into the coutnry, at the airport, you'll automatically get a stamp for 21 days. After that you can travel and there's many places in the Philippines where you can extend your visa with a little bit of cash. So the first one is 21 days. You travel, make sure you're at another Immigration office, then you extend for another 38 days. After that, you can extend 2 months at a time, for up to 16 months without leaving the counry. A little bit of money, and you can extend your visa. Then you can request a waiver, which is very easy to do, and extend every 2 months for up to another 6 months. So you can basically stay in the philippines for 2 years, on a tourist visa. Many people do it. So this is the place you wanna come if you're in Manila. Like I said, there's lots more if you're in other places. Now if you have a look over here, we're in the walled Spanish city, you can see some of the old buildings behind me. Over this way, just in case you have to hang out at the Bureau of Immigration Philippines for any length of time, you'll ssee a Starbucks behind me. Off to this side, you'll see the beginning fo the walls of the old Spanish fort. We'll talk about that in another video. The Philippines is real user friendly. The relaxed immigration laws make it more simple to live in the Philippines than almost anywhere else in Asia. Traveling to the Philippines is only a quick stop from other countries in Asia, and the visa regulations mean that citizens of most countries can show up without buying a visa online. Extending a visa in the Philippines is as easy as a taking a quick trip to a local immigration office. This means you can jump in to your Philippines vacation without extensive pre-planning. Americans can extend their visa for up to three years, and this is the same for most countries. A vacation is meant to be a time for relaxation. With the Philippines visa regulations so simple to understand, there's no reason to not stop by as you travel through Asia. It is difficult to find any information about the possible visa/immigration benefits of buying a condo in the Phills as a foreigner e.g. extended visa/permission to work. Any links to incontrovertible information appreciated.

They consider white people as superstars

If your wife is Filipina, the customs guy at the airport sometimes will ask if the American is your husband, if so I've heard they will give you a year sometimes if they like you. Known this to happen for $0

Great video, simple, no bullshit

Just to clarify the arrival visa stamp is now for 30 days correct? Not the 21 day you are talking about in this video. And everything else still applies just 30 days instead of 21 right?

It is not that much easy for a person who belongs from Punjab, India. I dont know why but it is reality that Philippines embassy is not giving visa to person who belongs from Punjab.I got my visa application refused 2 times even when i provide each and every document which was required for visa, I was full of Funds, Even i show my hotel arrangements also in philippines but still they were not comfortable to issue me a visa to visit Philippines.Someone asked me to buy ticket and go to Philippines with Singapore visa, But i didnt do that because i thought if Philippines embassy is so much strict with Punjabis than their Immigration officers will never allow me to enter country with Singapore Valid Visa. After that i visit singapore and enjoy my holidays and come back home... :) :) :) ...

ok, if my flight is for 30 days, since now they move the free days from 21 to 30, and i decide to pay on the extra days, would i get my boarding pass updated?
-
really, sure about that? lol

There are now Satellite Immigration government offices in the Philippines and you don't need to go to the main office for extending your Visa. You can get two month extensions for the first sixteen months and after that then you must go to the main office there on out. You can stay here up to three years just doing that however I would suggest flying out of the country and come back and the Visa process starts all over again. The reason I suggest flying out of the country is because the immigration main office is very crowded. Also you can not wear shorts there. Must wear dress pants.
