1. +MKR nallavan, I was not blaming, but I was just mentioning the some areas where the needed to do something, and whatever I said I 'd personally experienced. I had a great trip to Sri Lanka, I hope to go back soon.

3. please do not blame their services infact they rendering good services always .i can make ensure that i am a frequent traveler on UL ,dubai to Colombo then to my south indian airport.,.,about 10 time in a year..  whenever i face problem ul staff took it as serious and short out the issue for me.,.
