Gebäude | Informationen | Videos | Emirates | Aussicht
Highlights, include Captain's commentary of the unique take-off, breaking the sound barrier and landing plus food & life onboard. Shows what it was like as a passanger on board the the aircraft at MACH2.0 and 57000" Includes detailed Captain commentary, the "Jamaica Bay" departure, champange, caviar & food! She is surely missed! This version is response to the popular request for me to re-load it without background music throughout. (The introduction has a very small amount that stops as soon as the Captian starts speaking) The music excerpt at the start of this video was arranged and produced by Rick Clarke - (aka Rickvanman on YouTube). Seeing this video makes me miss the Concorde even more. What an amazing sight it was.
-
Why did the concord cross the atlantic?
To prove that its safe! -
i don't feel like the concorde is an actual commercial plane, but more like a private jet.. =/

Good thing there are no more Concords that can travel at 1,354 mph anymore. They had to scrap them because they Prove the Earth is Not spinning. At the equator the Earth is said to be spinning 1,037 mph - Slower than the Concorde's top speed. The Concorde should reach and overtake the speed of the Earth. Thus Houston We have a Problem. It's claimed The Earth spins West to East at these speeds. If a Concorde were traveling at top speed along with the Earth from LA to New York, it would reach New York Much faster than normal. If we traveled from New York to LA the flight would take less than half the normal time because both the plane which is not attached to the Earth and the destination city LA, would be traveling at over 1000 mph Each, Toward Each Other closing the distance in more than half the time. We Do Not experience either of these conditions, therefore the Earth Cannot be spinning. It's Physics, the study of motion, and it Proves we are stationary.

How long was the flight?

excellent

"We hope to fly you soon, even if it's on a jumbo." Hot damn, that's heartbreaking.

Every captain should be like this captain. It's wonderful to hear him and in many ways, it helps ease the more nervous passengers slightly I'm sure. Beautiful aircraft. Thank you for this look back.

So many ways this video proves the earth is flat

An airliner with afterburners... bring the concorde back!
-
They did it. We talked about doing it. Hmm.
-

5:50 Say hello to friction.

Wow! 55,000 feet. I have read that the Concorde could fly at 60,000 to 65,000 feet for a short period of time if it was set up correctly. Mach 2.0 is slightly slower than I have seen in some other videos. Thanks.
