DUBAI: Danube Properties, UAE’s leading property developer, on Tuesday announced the launch of their new Dhs 400 million project ‘Miraclz’ located at Dubai’s Arjaan neighborhood close to Miracle Garden. The project was announced at a press conference held at the Danube Properties Headquarters, where the residential tower was unveiled by the Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, Rizwan Sajan in the presence of the senior management of the Group as well as the media, and brokers. Miraclz offers a selection of 591 apartment units ranging from studio to two bedroom apartments, where each home is fully furnished and equipped with modular furniture, where the living room turns into a bedroom with a full-sized bed at night. The new tower is conveniently located in near all the major landmarks of the city, making it an ideal location to own a home. Commenting on the new property launch, Rizwan Sajan, Founder & Chairman of Danube Group, “We are extremely happy to announce the launch of our new project. We started out two years ago and have been promoting ‘stop renting and start owning’ mantra and have received phenomenal response. I am humbled by the trust our customers have shown in us till now, which has, in turn, motivated us to launch one succesful project after the other. I would thank my team, who has worked hard to source the best opportunities for us and converted my seventh project into a reality.” The new residential complex will provide residents with a number of amenities, including retail spaces, a swimming pool with stunning water features and breathtaking city views, a fully-equipped health club with steam, sauna and massage bathtub, platform tennis court, badminton court and an amphitheater, among others. Also, Danube Properties is continuing with their famous one percent payment plan, allowing customers to pay as low as Dhs 4500 per month. This year, Danube Properties has selected Sushmita Sen, who is a Bollywood actress, to embody its brand throughout the Middle East. She will be seen endorsing the Group’s diverse offerings and will be seen as part of the various marketing collaterals. Sushmita is a natural fit for Danube Group, as Rizwan Sajan explains: "Our decision to have Susmita on board with us stems from the fact that she stands for all the values, we as Danube Group stand for. She is someone who is a symbol of grace and credibility and is admired by a wide spectrum of people around the world.” All projects launched by Danube Properties are under construction, with the handover of the first project scheduled to commence soon. At present, Danube Properties has an impressive book value of Dhs 1.5 billion worth of extremely successful projects with over 1.7 Million Square Ft under construction.
