Long known for its oil and business wealth, Dubai has recently turned its eye to something different. One of the Emirates' wealthiest cities, it has offered a tax free area -- known as Dubai Media City -- in an effort to entice the world's media to set up shop. Donkeys-Dubai is the way forward. Think about what you earn and what you buy....remove all the tax from both and you are wealthy. In 2002 when I left Dubai, fuel was cheaper than bottled water. The UK could learn a lot about one persond vision for a Country and rather than tax the sh!t out of them, let them make the country a place to be proud of. And I am not a muslim or an arab.
