http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com I would have thought that a cutting edge city like Dubai would have an airport to match. Not so until passengers are through with Customs and Security. No signage for check-in makes it impossible to figure out where your airline will be checking in. Very disappointing. The Star Alliance Lounge is huge with much, mediocre food. What can I say... You win some, you lose some.

Very surprised at Dubai on the 'other side' (check in). When transferring, you don't see that side of things. Interesting. Hope the flight was quiet.

That was a shocker! A dud airport in Dubai?! Amazing! I expect they will fix the issues. The lounge didn't look the best but at least it has to be more comfy that the chaos of the public terminal!

I'm surprised by all the chaos at the airport on check in at Dubai Airport! Especially when everything else in the Emirates seems to work so well! Sorry about your delayed flight, but even the lounge didn't look as good as others you have visited before! Thanks again for sharing. -
