SPACIOUS AND COOL, PERFECT FOR SUMMER... Through antique wooden doors, the huge entrance hall is like an cool indoor patio leading to the games room with a slate-bed snooker table. The dining kitchen takes you back to old Mexico with a modern twist; black granite surface tops, mod-cons, an enormous oven & 5 ring hob, plus a double fridge-freezer with ice maker connected to osmosis water purification system. The living room has an impressive vaulted beamed ceiling, a brick-built bar and comfy leather sofas for relaxing evenings. Entertainment comes with a flat screen TV, music system, Satellite TV and DVD. The whole ground floor opens out into the main courtyard patio, the perfect set up for summertime living or celebrations. BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY, WE HAVE SPACE... Five large bedrooms can easily accommodate one or two families and there is also room for cots in every room. Four bedrooms are upstairs in the main house, and there is the private "Lemon Suite" on the ground floor with its own entrance, great for family members with reduced mobility or who want a little privacy. The two master bedrooms upstairs both have en-suite bathrooms & private sun terraces so you can get a nice all-over suntan. There is a further twin bedroom for the children, and smaller double bedroom which share the family bathroom on the same corridor. Large bedrooms have space for cots or a child´s bed. SUBLIME VIEWS AND CARIBBEAN STYLE GARDENS... The villa has amazing views to the mountains but is only a short drive from Marbella. Beautiful gardens are filled with tropical palms, and the swimming pool sits in the centre, a welcome oasis. The patio has shady archways, and the pool area has a built in BBQ and a bar, ready for you to enjoy plenty of holiday chat over a bottle of Rioja! ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR YOU... There is English-speaking assistance on hand during your stay, and an additional maid service can be arranged together with a pre-arrival shopping service and baby pack. Don´t fancy cooking? We have a fabulous restaurant nearby that will deliver anything from their delicious menu, or can send up a chef to whip up a yummy Paella or get the BBQ going for you.
