Wide of fire scene STORYLINE A fire in a three-storey restaurant building in the South Korean capital Seoul spread to several neighbouring buildings in tightly-packed restaurant-filled streets on Sunday evening. Seven people have been hospitalised after inhaling fumes, according to fire officials at the scene. Witnesses said they heard two explosions come from the building's third floor at about 8:40 pm (1140 GMT) local time. Police and firefighters said they believed gas explosions from a closed restaurant on the third floor caused the fire. The fire spread as the explosions continued, setting light to six neighbouring buildings and burning down more than 20 shops. According to the Yonhap News Agency, a bar in a neighbouring building was open at the time and about 20 customers were evacuated.
