Dubai - ID card registration deadline of Dubai residents ends by Thursday

The Emirates Identity Authority has called on Dubai residents to register in the ID card and renew their expired cards before the deadline ends by Thursday.The Emirates Identity Authority emphasized that filling out the e-form at one of the typing centers would help in avoiding the delay fees, which will be applicable across Dubai from June 01, 2012.As the deadline of Dubai is ending soon, Emirates ID received 457,536 applications for issuing ID cards (new and renewal) in the first 3 weeks of May 2012, up by 140 per cent over the month of May 2011 in which a total of 191,554 applications were received.
