India, US UK,EU are already working with Iran to develop Chabar Port to gain access to Afghanistan and markets in Central Asia. The proximity of Chabar from the gulf, Indian Gujrat and Mumbai makes it a strategic and economic success unlike the CPEC which includes thousands of kilometres of road in hostile terrain before the goods can be shipped. further developing Chabar port, building a road from Chabar to Afghanistan and then extending to Central Asia, Iran Nuclear Deal, Opening of the British embassy in Tehran are all signs of bids to counter CPEC. Look Let CPEC bring prosperity to Pakistan but to think that the rest of the world is still in a fairy land not doing anything to counter this would be stupid.

Pakistan should not be angry with iran on chabahar as chabahar was supposed to be an international hub about a decade before the revolution but unfortunately due to the events such as revolution, 8 years war and a few decades sanctions this plan has been put on hold. so that iran has no plan or intention to harm Pakistan's Gwadar or even the relationship with Pakistan.

Indian Chahbahar Port will fail due to the following Reasons
1. Low depth, Large Ships can not stay at chahbahar. Only Small ships can stay here
2. Afghanistan route is not safe
3. No investment is available on the route of Iran and Afghanistan.
4. Investors are not interested to invest in Iran and Afghanistan as investors interested in
Gawadar.
5. Iran is a terrorist state and Iran has no relations with European countries and USA. So no
ships will interested to select this route.
6. China is a emerging economic power on this route so this route will prefer by the ships.
CONCLUSION
Indian investment will be wasted on chahbahar -
CPEC remain only ARMY route ... bcz chabahar bypassed other things ... & chabahar is cheap ... so TAX is less ...

Now it is the time to develop our own Gwadar and turn it into the biggest Gold Mine of the world.
