there isnt normaly a ground wire on tall buildings as the steal frame inside will take the current down to the ground.

the electrictions must have installed a pritty good conducting system to earth to cope with this problem i wonder how thick the wire is and if its made of gold silver or copper. i bet its very thick to handle the huge current caused by the high voltage and very well insulated due to the high voltage. and i guessing it has a gold lighting dome at the top to attract the lighging to it rather than some other metal part on the building
