Located on two of Egypt's favorite beaches, Sidi Abdel Rahman and Alamein, Marassi features seven lifestyle districts, each with distinctive identities. A true Mediterranean destination, Marassi is accessible from the Burj El Arab and El Alamein airports, both of which offer direct connections to major European cities. The resort will feature up to 3,000 hotel rooms, a marina, golf course, and healthcare facilities. The first phase of the Marassi Beach Clubhouse is already open to the public.
