This Mediterranean style waterfront house can accommodate up to 12 guests and is one of the largest vacation rentals in Miami Beach. La Hacienda is spacious with an airy open floor plan that offers the feeling of a true loft. La Hacienda is just 8 minutes from the beach in Bal Harbour, 15 minutes North of Miami Beach and 15 minutes south of Aventura. Its location is great to to enjoy all the things to do in Miami. This house is surrounded by a large number of restaurants, groceries stores, and of all possible sport activities: Affordable tennis courts at 2 minutes drive LA fitness gym, US fitness at a 2 mn drive Golf a at 6 minute drive Scuba diving , fishing,boat rental at a 10 mn drive Best shopping in Miami at a 10 mn drive La Hacienda faces west towards the sun and features a pool, pool deck and a dock where guests will be able to park a boat. Living Room: Entering this villa, guests will appreciate the spacious floor plan with its open areas and more specifically its high ceiling in the living room. To the right of the entrance door, guests will find the open kitchen located next to the dinning table. Moving forward, the comfortable sofas are facing the pool and the tv area. The desk with its computer is located also in the living room. The living room features a bar and pool table. Bedrooms: All bedrooms are equipped with tv's. In the Left wing of the house The master bedroom is very spacious and opens through French doors to the pool area. It features a great view of the canal. The master is equipped with a queen size bed. The marble bathroom features a tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed .The second marble bathroom is in the hallway and offers a tub. Right wing of the house There is the kid's quarter with two additional rooms, a play room space and a bathroom. The first bedroom is spacious and is equipped with a queen size bed and a plasma tv. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. The share bathroom has a shower.
