FILM DESCRIPTION: The third entry in Tom Cruise's Mission: Impossible film series involves super Impossible Mission Forces (IMF) agent Ethan Hunt (Cruise) being forced back into the field just when he was planning on marrying his girlfriend, Julia (Michelle Monaghan). The agency asks Hunt to save an operative (Keri Russell) he trained after weapons dealer Owen Davian (Philip Seymour Hoffman) kidnaps her. With the help of his field team -- played by Ving Rhames, Jonathan Rhys-Meyers, and Maggie Q -- Hunt achieves his goal, but becomes involved in a web of double-crosses that leave him wondering if he can trust his superiors (Billy Crudup and Laurence Fishburne). Tom Cruise doing his own stunts is amazing but yet frightening, I worry about the guy. There was no greensceen on that scene!

The mission impossible movies have some really great scenes. The vault scene and the train scene from number 1, the motorcycle scenes from number 2, this scene from number 3, the burj khalifa scene in number 4. Some really good movies.

J.J. Abrams has a directorial style like a video game. He makes the camera move like he's pointing you toward things in a cutscene - along, up, down, etc. It's not pretty but it's efficient.

That doesn`t make sense. Just because it is a fast-paced action film? It`s actually one of my favorite of the M:I movies, but that`s just opinion. I think Hoffman was great, best villain so far.
