Norwegian is a low-cost airline and naturally the experience is comparable to other low cost carriers addressing the lower end of the market segment. However, the free wifi service is something which makes their product unique and clearly differenitates them from many full service airlines in a positive way.

9 flights in a row with Norwegian that have all been delayed for over 45 minutes. I have flown 30times in the last 8 months and have another 25 flights booked for the next 6-months, but sadly this does not matter to the airline. The planes are great and the Crew excellent, but punctuality is a problem, so be aware. I have written to the Complaints team and Edward Thorstad, after 7 in a row, but no reply. And when I try and engage on Twitter they delete my Tweets. Flying again tomorrow on the 20.35 from LGW, can they make it 10 in a row?

the window wasn't dirty. There was ice on it from the high attitude and low temperatures

I hag good experience with them from Gutenberg to london,I'm 6"2 no problem with leg room for me.

Flying with Norwegian on saturday to Gran Canaria, I'm bringing my school laptop with a few downloaded movies but I'm looking forward to watch youtube videos if the WIFI works great on the plane i'm flying with.

Certainly one of the best aspects of that company: the WiFi. I went from Malaga to Cologne with Norwegian and loved it. It was very cheap and I was entertained during all the flight watching videos on youtube!

Flying to Ibiza soon with Norwegian airlines. I watch these kind of videos to re assure myself that everything will be okay because I get anxious of flying and yeah I really enjoyed this video so thank you x
