By choosing a studio that measures just 12 feet by 7 feet, Felice Cohen can afford to live in Manhattan's Upper West Side where apartments rent for an average of $3,600 per month. She pays just over $700 for her 90-square-foot microstudio. After a bit of adjustment she now loves living smaller, simpler and cozier. Felice's book "90 Lessons for Living Large in 90 s.f.": http://www.amazon.com/Lessons-Living-Large-Square-Feet-ebook/dp/B01CM3XU0E Felice's website: www.felicecohen.com Original story here: http://faircompanies.com/videos/view/simple-life-manhattan-a-90-square-foot-microstudio/

I don't know how she can live like that. It's like a jail
-
I lived for five years in an apartment that was slightly larger at 96 square feet. But my place did not have a loft.
-
I'd rather live in a VAN DOWN
BY THE RIVER -
I know to New Yorkers, there's probably no comparison to Oklahoma but I pay less then $900/mo for a 1,000 sq.ft, luxury two bedroom apt with appliances, pool, and gated access in a very nice part of Tulsa. I'm always amazed at how expensive real estate is on both coasts
-
So is it normal for a NY apartment to not have a kitchen?
-
She was paying at that time 800 a month for that space ...also this is close to 10 years ago ..2017 now ..this was in an artical years back and she only paid 800 for it a month ..I never found any apartment in Manhattan for 800 ..not even Harlem
-
I live in a apartment in Manhattan upper east side with 2 floors. Now Iknow How happy I am
-
you are incredibly sexy and I would so live there with you lol
-
My fucking room is twice that size, and I pay 515/m for my half. New York is stupid.
-
after seeing this video I feel like I'm living in a mansion.
-
she is an idiot for living in most expensive area that she can't even afford. That area is for people who worked hard to get where they are, not for some low life person. Plus living that ghetto will cause property value to drop and the home owners will be going after her for that.

As pessoas ñ deveriam se submeter a isso!

полная хуйня, человек так жить не должен !

Wow. This is the perfect tiny NYC apartment. #1 - The rent is a huge bargain. #2 - tiny in all the right places, the bathroom should be that tiny, the loft ceiling height perfect. #3 - high ceiling makes everything less claustrophobic. #4 - the rectangular shape allows for some floorspace to stretch out and do some exercises. #5 - excellent location, makes sense to create the tiny apt. there where transpotation, park, and the best the city has to offer is right nearby. I would have wanted to spend more on the shelving to make is look nicer and hide the folded t-shirts and other clothing. What you did to create the desk nook though looks very functional and you did it on a low budget.
-
fuck that pathetic way of living just to be able to say "i live in manhattan"
-
Where I live I pay $650, pay for electric and heat for a three bedroom, two story apartment that's modern...that amount is nuts for such a small space.
-
I'm having anxiety just by watching her getting into bed
-
Pure absurdity what they pay to live there in nyc. can get a 5 bedroom house in most suburban or rural areas.
