Nigeria and South Africa are not just the major and biggest economies in Africa. They also share a strong bi-lateral economic tie post apartheid era, which has driven huge trade levels cutting across Oil and Gas, Agro, Power and Solid Minerals/Mining. To take this bond to another level the Deputy Trade Minister for South Africa Ms Elizabeth Thabethe led over 30 companies to Nigeria, on what would be its very first trade mission. This is designed to create the enabler for constructive engagements and discourse on what would drive and bolster business and economic development between both nations and in overall deepen regional trade in the continent.
