Alain Robert was charged with criminal trespass by Kuala Lumpurs high court on Tuesday, September 1st after climbing the citys twin Petronas Towers. He paid a fine of more than $500 and was immediately released. Looking tired and unshaven but jubilant, the daredevil walked out of court with a big smile, raising both hands in the air and happily posing for photographers. Robert failed two earlier attempts to scale the building in 1997 and 2007. But he succeeded the 88-story climb under the cover of early morning darkness in less than two hours. He says that officials treated him nicely during his one-day detention. [Alain Robert, French Spiderman]: "The judge has been very nice and I did plead guilty." Things should go better for his next scaling venture. [Alain Robert, French Spiderman]: "Actually there is another one which for me is to climb the Burj Dubai, which going to be soon the highest building in the world and then, I am already having the approval to do it. The only thing is because of the economic crisis, the building is not completely finished. Spiderman Robert will return home to Paris on September 7th.
