this is a student ? this asshole is a fucking student ? i can just say from his face that he is a road side gunda of some street in his home town with fairly good connections to get fake financial statements and some other documents printed and stamped by fake stamps and duly signed by duplicators ... any official personal at airport immigration dept. can smell the wrong things from far away while people approach at them they are trained to get a hold on weak spot and exploit ... and i m pretty sure that this guy don't even have a eligible english skills too

Not sure if we should jump to conclusions on these deportations before all FACTS are revealed .I have read that the students were unable to answer some basic questions asked by the CBP Officers. If that is indeed the case then the CBP Officer has every right to deny Permission to enter the Country .Also presently the Obama Administration is under increasing pressure to make sure their Borders are secure and they ONLY permit people who are trustworthy and have all valid credentials especially in thel ight of San Bernardino Terror Incident. So under this scenario all this is expected and going forward this may be further be intensified considering that Next year is the Election year. I also feel some of these questions could have been asked during the Visa interview itself to REJECT Students who are not exhibiting confidence in answering these questions. This would have saved them the trouble of keeping HIGH Hopes on studying in USA .But finally we all should ADMIT one basic FACT Most of us Indians (especially from South India) are Desperate to land in USA and fufill our Dreams in this Land of Opportunity come what may.

please remove this news about black listing! You are confusing people and misleading!

No college is in black list
If any college in black listed means visa officer won't give d visa and they won't accept the visa slot too. -
This is all bullshit guys...!
American immigration is very strict in all aspects...!
That's the reason these all guys deported n sent back.
First of all these students should know the full details regarding USA and their university and their studies.
If they give any answers with fear means they surely sent evry student back.
These guys who deported are lying...!
They must show their attitude and show how much they have in banks n all...! -
ya if they join in jaffa universities thats what happens

Hi All,
This issue is with students and they can not blame the system. What Air India did is correct thing by not letting students to catch the flight. VISA is NOT a guarantee of admission into US, This is true for all kind of VISA's.
1) All the students who came so far doing all illegal works, if they are caught by police they will be behind the bars as per the law. They are not just coming here they are spoiling the whole system. They do not have guts to work hard and get to into good universities.
2) In 2 bed room apartment legally 4 to 5 people can stay, but every where there are not less than 15 students in each apartment.
3) I personally saw students working illegally in Indian stores, walking recklessly in middle of the roads, driving dangerously in parking lots.
4) As every one knows most of the financial documents are fake. -

THIS IS HOW INDIANS COMMIT FRAUD IN US. THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF ENGINEERS IN US. ITS THE COMPANIES WHO DONT WANT TO PAY ENOUGH WAGES TO THE US WORKERS
The desi owned cheap h1b and opt sweat shop apartment companies are the ones doing the most damage. While the big outsourcing companies like tcs Infosys wipro etc get all the blame and bad press it is these sweat shops which are doing the most damage. These guys have almost formed a syndicate. They go to India, collect 5000 to 6000 US$ in India and apply for h1b visa flouting all rules. If the application is not picked in the lottery they keep 1500 to 2000$ and return the rest. They make 500$ even if your application is not even picked in the lottery. These people have become so rich, it is unbelievable. They earn about 10 to 20k per each h1b visa they hold per year. Each company has at least 20 employees. You are talking about 200 to 300k minimum per company. These guys bribe, wine and dine the prime vendors. The prime vendors know the fraud but they are ok with it because they get to keep a bigger cut from what the client pays. For example, if the client pays 90$ per hour for a job, the prime vendor wants to keep as much as possible, if the prime vendor hires an American or even green card or naturalized citizens they will demand a fair pay but instead if they go to these desi sweat shops they know they can keep anywhere from 20 to 30$ per hour. 90$ becomes 60 to 70$ and based on how many layers are there by the time it comes to the desi sweat shop it can become 50 to 60$. The desi sweat shop takes 15% and the h1b candidate gets 40 to 50$ per hour. This is h1b in a nut shell. Pure fraud
I went to School in US and got hired in campus interview to a fortune 50 company. The company followed all the rules and it took me 10 years to get green card. In the meanwhile the frauds that came on desi sweat shop h1 got the green cards 7 years earlier because desi seat shops do fraud even in green card process. The guy is working on sap but application is based on java!!!!! 40 resumes are received but they claim less than 5 resumes were received when they advertised. You guys know the story…….
OPT is an even bigger fraud. The students are naïve and scared. They don’t want to return to India. They go to these sweat shops and the sweat shops are e-verify companies. They students pay them money to run payroll for a couple of months for opt ead extension. In the meanwhile if they get a job, arranged through fake resumes, proxy interview phone calls and even proxy skype calls (the guy just sits in front of the camera with the headphone jacks which are not plugged in, the other guy sitting behind the camera wears the microphone and answers interview question while the guy in front of camera just gives lip movement and acts) they get 50k per year while the desi sweat shop pockets the rest. Even getting 45$ per hour nets them 30k per year per student. The number of desi sweat shops are growing by the year because each year 85k new h1 come in every year.
To overcome the restrictions that apply when employee count goes above 50, the sweat shops just start another company when they get into 40 employees (h1b). It takes a couple of days to start a new company and get it e-verified. If h1b reform is to be successful then they have to go after desi sweat shops.
1. Do not put any limit on the number of employees like 50 or 25 etc. If you use h1 the rules should apply no matter how many employees
2. Ban h1b consulting.
I followed all the rules, studied hard and it took me 10 years to get green card while faruds went ahead. I started searching for a job after 10 years and was amazed at the level of fraud that is being carried out in terms of collecting money in India by sweat shops, the fakes resumes, proxy interview calls, bribing the prime vendors etc. I am planning on calling all senators immigration handling staff and raise these points.
Before throwing mud at me for saying this, if you genuinely feel you are talented you will get a job if the above 2 rules are implemented. It is the frauds that will get washed out, both the sweat shop frauds and know nothing h1b (not all h1b are no nothings but quite a few are) -
Getting visa doesn't guarantee to enter USA. Since there are attacks in USA recently they will be strict and If students do not know the number of credits to complete the course and they can't prove that they have enough funds to complete the masters course, then the chances of rejection at the time of immigration for sure are more. Some students do not even know that when you are coming to USA on a student visa you can only work On-campus(that is inside university). One of the student answered he will work in a gas station/grocery store, how stupid is that.
Students should know basic things like number of credits, number of courses, number of credits per course, where they will be staying, they should be capable of proving they have enough funds from home to support for 2/3 years till they complete the masters course. Also the same student mentioned that he has $1 with him when the immigration officer asked. How can they believe that you can adjust around $30000/$40000 for masters if you have $1 when entering USA, have some common-sense. At least get $500 or $1000 cash or deposit them in a travel card and so that you can show them you have enough money to complete your masters if they ask(show the documents to support your words).
And the universities are not blacklisted yet, if you search the university name in google if it is blacklisted then you will have the links in the first page, some people do not even know this. So if you are a student and you panic if they ask you questions and do not answer properly you will be sent back. So prepare well and plan your travel.
Here is the link that can help some students to avoid such silly mistakes.
