TFG Asset Management has been appointed as the only Hotel Asset Manager for the prestigious and recently open Wyndham Dubai Marina Hotel. The 4-star category hotel consists of 486 rooms. TFG Asset Management will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the hotel and making sure that the objectives of profitability are met. Both the occupancy rate and the average daily rate are witnessing accelerating increase.
