I spent 4 days in a 2 bed room apartment ( presidential suite). Rooms were wonderful with fantastic interior.The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location, near to the Deira city center mall. I recommend it to everyone visiting Dubai. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Walid a house keeping pathan guy is very hard working and decent. He should be placed at a high post somewhere for public dealing purpose. I loved my stay in Copthorne and look forward to my next stay.
