The staff is very willing and always keen to assist and help in any and every way possible.
The Room Service staff tried to serve us even during Ramadan, late night when they were just about to start the morning breakfast, i.e. Suhoor.
When Suhoor was not on offer, they informed us in advance and advised us to order in the room.
The Manager, Mr. Mirza Mushahid Beg was extremely accommodating and kind in giving the guests of the hotel utmost comfort, by personally looking into their well being, which is customer services of the highest order.
The hotel location is so central and convenient with connections for public transport just outside the main doors.
Rooms are spacious and very tastefully and comfortably furnished, be it the delux room or the suite and the amenities are suitable.
Full marks to them for the special offers they have within the hotel and the quality of service they extend to ALL their guests WITHOUT DISCRETION, i.e. all guests and all nationalities are treated equally.
