Just curious because of the shorter runways at FLL does the flight to dubai operate with payload restrictions right now or can it do full thrust take offs with mtow because i definitely know the (somewhat cooler) temps at night helps with that but come summer they will probably have no choice but to have payload restrictions

Nice video! Also, thanks for pointing out the Ron Gardener spotting area! Somehow I never noticed it before, but now I will have to check it out! On another note, It's definitely nice to have the option of taking either an EK day or night departure now from MCO or FLL to compare prices, connections, etc, although arrival times will still be roughly the same, so no diff there. I have already flown the MCO flight twice, so I'm going to try FLL for the novelty of it, and to experience the power of a 777 MTOW takeoff!

Awesome video!!! I was onboard and hoped someone got the video. Takeoff was at TOGA (max take off power) and flaps 20 due to the flight being completely full and the 113+ tonnes of fuel onboard.
