Marina 101 (setinggi 1,417 kaki dari paras bumi) merupakan bangunan yang dibina untuk kediaman, masih lagi dalam pembinaan dan dijangka siap pada penghujung tahun ini. Apabila siap nanti, Marina 101 merupakan ‘residential tower’ tertinggi di dunia.
