Virgin has a really nice product overall but I was mortified when I saw their table presentation.... Cutlery on a wrong side/ same as bread/butter, soup bowl with FA nearly dipping her finger INSIDE soup, then touching dessert fork with her fingers... so unhyginic! So unprofessional!

Really do not like those sheep pen style seats, Really packs them in.Feedback: Many of us enjoy looking at the menu. Slow down and get the focus right.Otherwise very good. A hairy landing. Don't know how you got the control tower and captain conversation, but made it very interesting. Especially when the control tower said 'glad you made it'.

Having flown economy Virgin Atlantic to New York and seeing the luxuries provided by Eithad and BA with enclosed areas in first class, I still quite fancy the pod arrangement of upper class, if only for that beautiful bar where you can gather. Seems much more inclusive and less lonely. I also love that slap-dash Virgin way "As you can see the weather is awful". Good ol' Branson.

Do you ever fly with Emirates? I only ever fly with them and they are generally very good. I flew business class to Jakarta and being 2m tall I found the leg room to be more than enough. It's expensive though for what I got I am happy to stand most of my journey even for 14 hours

I have a question please, when you say complimentary headphone set, you could carry that home?
Also, the pajamas which are generally given, I assume these are new sets not used by others?
