WOW, UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE FOR THE YOUNG LEADERS AT BURJ AL ARAB Actually everything about the Aug, 26, 2013 Young Leaders interview at Burj Al Arab (BAA) was unique. There was a gathering of the Young Leaders at the JBH Premium Leisure Club at 1:00 p.m. and a fantastic welcoming arrangement was organized by the Jumeirah Beach Hotel (JBH). Next, the boys and girls were transferred to BAA in JBH's luxurious limos which set the stage for what was coming and raised the young leaders' already high expectation and their excitements level to an extreme new peak. From the time when the limos entered BAA from the main security gate, the cheerful, friendly staff greeted the young leaders with their big, welcoming smiles that continued until we left the premises. This made the thirty-two young leaders feel like they were truly celebrities. Then walking into Suha prestigious hall, and seeing the fantastic set up arranged by the BAA event team, with the red flowers beautifully displayed on the elegantly designed meeting table, and the wonderful view of Dubai. The whole ambience was a scene of breathtaking beauty that made the young leaders' heartbeats racing rapidly. The young boys and girls held their breaths at this stunning, inspiring surrounding that every young person must at least experience once. Then, the visit of the senior team during the rehearsal with their positive, energetic personalities made the young girls and boys feel at ease and was assuring and comforting to them. Then comes Mr. Heinrich Morio's interview. Our young leaders were truly moved, inspired, and motivated by his words, experience, and wisdom. Mr. Morio did a terrific job not only sharing his many stories, insights, and knowledge with them but engaging the boys and girls in laughter, empathy, appreciation, understanding and giving every one of them several thoughts to take back to their lives. They responded so well to his messages. Certainly, these young leaders will never forget this exceptional experience. Although he spent with them more then 1:45 min (45 min more than the scheduled interview time) to make sure that he thoroughly answered every questions they had, they would not let him leave until each one took an individual picture with him. They were moved by his leadership and cheering personality, and were looking up to him as a great mentor. After the interview, the young leaders had the chance to relax, to discuss and reflect upon the powerful messages they heard from him while enjoying a delicious selections of exotic refreshments. Then, followed HR big surprise... A tour in the Royal Suite... A perfect way to end this exceptional experience. I would like to share with you below some of the young leaders' reactions to this amazing tour: One young leaders asked how much it would cost for one day stay at the Royal Suite. Then he multiplied the rate by 365 saying that one of his goals is to stay in this suite for one whole year. Another young leader asked our escort (a fantastic young lady) if he could buy the Royal Suite. The price he said is not an issue because he believed he will be able to easily afford it. Another one wanted to stay in the bathroom only and asked if there is a special rate for that. A team of girls had a more practical and immediate solution. They discussed a collective plan to come up with an amount to stay as a group for one night in the suite. Another young leader wanted to build his own "castle" and have everything gold plated similarly to the Royal Suite. It was a remarkable experience watching them enjoying this extra-ordinary, unforgettable tour. It really stimulated their imagination, and made them dream BIG. Again, thank you BAA team for making this experience an incredible one.
